Description

The L3Harris Mechanical Engineering Internship is available to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, materials science engineering, or engineering mechanics who have working knowledge of one programming language. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have CAD or analysis (FEA) tools exposure, and/or experience in mechanical design or analysis of electronic systems, structures and mechanisms. You should also have familiarity with transducer instrumentation, data collection and or automation and software programming for numerical analysis as well as the ability to apply the principles of structural mechanics to predict internal stresses and structural instabilities. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience providing mechanical engineering support. This internship is offered in various locations.
