Have you ever been part of a pay it forward moment in a drive-thru? The idea is that the person in front of you pays for your coffee or meal, and you pay for the person after. The end result is a chain reaction of benevolence and goodwill. The $25K One for Two Scholarship is very similar. It gives students the opportunity to win a scholarship to pay for college, with the intention that they will help another student in the future pay for their college dreams.

$25K One for Two Scholarship

This year, the One for Two Education Foundation is giving away two merit-based scholarships. For the recipients selected, the foundation will determine how much tuition is left to cover once all other forms of financial and merit aid have been considered. The remaining balance – up to $25,000 – will be provided from the foundation. Scholarship recipients must agree to the following pledge as well: 1. Participating in the annual Foundation Gathering while receiving scholarship, 2. Supporting fellow scholars’ academic and career goals during their lifetime. 3. Paying for a comparable scholarship grant for two persons, who are not related to recipient by blood, adoption, or marriage, during their lifetime.
