Urban Ministry Internship Program

Description

The Urban Ministry Internship Program at City Vision College - Rescue Mission Worker position is open to students interested in gaining practical experience in urban ministry. You must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or equivalent (GED), and be a U.S. citizen, U.S. national or lawful permanent resident in the U.S. or have a valid student visa to be eligible for this award. As a Rescue Mission Worker, this City Vision College internship position will assist with the daily operations of a rescue mission. Duties may include assisting in the counseling of homeless individuals and those suffering from substance abuse, ensuring the safety of those inside the mission, assisting with food preparation and service, and assisting with the management and maintenance of the building facilities.
