The Help Desk (TOCC) Intern (Summer) is available to computer science major or other undergraduate candidate interested in working in IT customer support. You must possess a strong customer service focus and service orientation to be considered for this internship. As an intern, you will deploy new hire computer equipment (both desktops and laptops) for local and remote users.
