The Human Resources Intern is available to students currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or Master’s program - graduation date of December December 2019 or May 2020 – with a major or minor in Human Resources. You must have minimum GPA of 3.0 and authorization to work in the US without company sponsorship to be considered fro this position. As an intern, you will evaluating and providing recommendations on our social media strategy for recruiting, researching employment branding best practices and providing recommendations, analyzing and developing plans to implement a new pay structure, analyzing employee data and forecasting retirement, researching and recommending career site updates and providing implementation direction for a consumer driven health plan.
