The CalMatters Visual Internship is available to students based in Sacramento/greater Bay Area of California who are studying visual journalism and have completed a previous internship or student experience. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have knowledge of Photoshop, Photo Mechanic, other photo editing software, and Premiere and/or Illustrator. As an intern, you will take on visual assignments covering statewide issues including portraits, press conferences, demonstrations and environmental scenes.
