Campus Food & Nutrition Internship - Remote

The Campus Food & Nutrition Internship is open to students with an interest in farm animal-related issues and advocacy. Interns in this role will learn about the Farm Animal Protection Campaign and gain experience and knowledge through the study of farm animal-related issues and advocacy, with a particular emphasis on college campus outreach in regards to plant-based foods and programs. Intern duties may include conducting campus-specific research and compiling a case study regarding the plant-based options on your campus, conducting plant-based audits of campus menu items, meeting with dining services representatives on campus to discuss plant-based options, gathering new contacts for the team to work with, meeting with any relevant student organizations, and conducting occasional tabling events in the dining halls to sample plant-based menu items, and other duties as necessary.
