The Internship – Tech Services: Business Information Systems- (Summer 2021) is available to students in pursuit of a Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of junior or above. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0, preferred majors include business information systems (BIS), management information systems (MIS), data analytics, preferred proficiency in SQL Coding, Query Building, and reporting using OBDC, and strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities and organization to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will reviews ticketing system (Service Now) to track incidents and requests, and keep them up to date on progress and completion.
