Regional Organizational Development Intern

Description

The Regional Organizational Development Intern is available to recent graduate or currently pursuing an undergrad/grad degree in business/human resource/organizational psychology. You must be fluent in reading, writing and oral English, multilingual ability (especially for Mandarin) is a plus, strong interpersonal skills; a team player and great communicator, and people-oriented with a passion for organizational capacity building to be considered for this position. As an intern, you will develop inventory of existing organizational development policies and conduct assessment of regional localization needs (translation requirements, compliance, etc.).
