Waste Diversion Internship - Paid

Description

The Waste Diversion Internship Paid is available to students with strong interest in environmental stewardship, conservation, and sustainability. You must be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and work independently and efficiently, enjoy working outside with the ability to work in challenging weather conditions, and be able to stand for prolonged periods to be considered for this position. As intern, you will coordinate with staff and volunteers to provide recycling support to businesses and HOAs, check and tag recycling bins, oversee weekly Recycle Center education sessions, and provide support to other recycling events and programs. Pay will be in the range of $15-$20/hour.
