The JBS Human Resources Summer Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students studying human resources. You must have excellent communication and problem solving skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and be adaptable to be considered for this internship. As in intern, you will apply your course-work knowledge to solve real industry challenges such as employee relations, plant staffing, training, all programs that go on at each location, and being exposed to employee performance systems. You will share innovative ideas and deliver project results that impact the bottom-line. This internship offered at various locations in the U.S. and runs 10 weeks.
