VA Web Security Internship-Remote

Description

The VA Web Security Internship is available to students studying information technology, website design, and cybersecurity. To be considered for this internship, you must be a U.S. citizen. As an intern, you will work on an individual project and will be responsible for operational and strategic work that will ensure that dmeinterns.org is protected from vulnerabilities while also expediently addressing any security breaches or challenges that may emerge. Depending on need, interns may also be called upon to install or update plugins and themes, modify WordPress settings, update theme settings, create sliders, edit pages using various page builders, update menus, widgets, and page settings as well as managing users, updating SEO metadata, etc. This internship is offered remotely and runs from September - May.
