Description
The State of Alabama Governor’s Office Fall Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students interested in learning more about government. You must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and have completed at least one semester of college to be considered for this internship. Selection is based on resume, cover letter, and a writing sample. As an intern, you will learn more about the executive branch of state government, gain hands-on experience through special assigned projects, tour state agencies, attend public events, and lead public tours of the state capitol. This internship is located in Montgomery, AL, and is divided into two, six-week sessions. Hours of the internship are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday-Friday.
