The Colorectal Cancer Alliance Individual Giving Remote Internship is available to students who are looking for a meaningful internship experience. The Colorectal Cancer Alliance is a national nonprofit organization committed to ending colorectal cancer within our lifetime. They help patients, families, survivors, and caregivers navigate diagnosis and treatment options, connect them with those who can share experiences and knowledge, and identify resources to meet their needs. They partner with healthcare professionals and social influencers to raise awareness of preventative screening, and collaborate with researchers to better understand the disease and fund critical research. As an intern, you will proactively research prospective donors and provide updates to the team on their giving potential and wealth screenings, draft weekly stewardship communications with members of the colorectal cancer community and lower-level donor base, and support the Development Operations Coordinator with the donor pipeline process by completing donor assignments, assisting in the pledge fulfillment process, and performing data entry. This internship is offered remotely or in-person in Washington, DC.
