The Shea Homes Construction Internship is available to undergraduate students who are pursuing a degree in construction management, engineering, real estate development, or a related field. To be considered for this internship, you should possess excellent communication skills, be a quick learner, have proficiency with computers and technologies, and desire to expand your base knowledge of new home construction. As an intern, you will gain experience in the construction process of new homes at a Shea Homes community. This opportunity will provide exposure to a variety of stages in the construction process such as site and concrete work, framing, rough mechanicals, finishes, budgeting and scheduling. You will also be exposed to the customer service department, which works alongside the construction team and with customers after they close on their new home, and experience planned touch points with other critical facets of the business, including sales, purchasing and land development. This internship is located in Phoenix, AZ.
