Intel Test Vehicle Design Internship-PAID

Description

The Intel Test Vehicle Design Internship is available to undergraduate students who are majoring in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, or related disciplines. Preference will be given to applicants who have prior experience with physical design (Package/PCB) or Computer Aided Design (CAD) or are knowledgeable in scripting languages such as Python, VB, or Matlab. As an intern, you will be responsible for defining and executing test vehicle package designs. You will enable technical aspects of the package design process including conducting early route studies, test structure definition, providing guidance for and definition of test structures, design layout, validation and reviews both internal and with external suppliers. Job function also involves managing design schedules, conducting design reviews and guide in package tape out process. This internship is offered in Phoenix, AZ, as a hybrid position.
