The BOA Global Human Resources Summer Analyst Internship is available to junior and senior-level undergraduate students who are pursuing studies in business, industrial or organizational psychology, human resources management, industrial and labor relations, organizational development, economics, or related fields. To be considered for this internship, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.0. You should also possess a high level of intellectual curiosity, a drive for operational excellence, and a commitment to achieving sustainable results. Through this 10-week program, you will support line of business and global human resources initiatives that make the bank a great place for people to work by creating an environment where all employees have the opportunity to achieve their goals, connect with senior HR leaders to better understand how HR drives critical business decisions and serves as a strategic partner throughout the bank, and directly contribute to business advisory, operations, HR processes, and special projects.
