The Sony Legal Internship is available to law students enrolled in an ABA accredited law school, with preference given to 2L and 3L students. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.0, be highly-organized and detail oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office. As an intern, you will will assist lawyers in transactional, litigation, and corporate matters. Assignments will vary and may include researching and drafting memos, reviewing agreements and other legal documents, preparing for and attending client meetings, negotiations, depositions, court appearances, etc. This internship is offered in New York, NY.
