The Finance Leadership Development Program is available to rising senior undergraduate students who are majoring in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field. To be considered for this position, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.4, have a strong desire and motivation to become develop a career as a future leader in finance, and possess strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. As an intern, you will gain real-world experience and project responsibility in a large organization and will make a presentation to colleagues at the end of the 12-week internship.
