Description

The Smithsonian Archives of American Art Internship is available to undergraduate and graduate students who wish to learn and gain professional experience in archival science, information management, museum studies, art administration, art history, and cultural studies. As an intern, you will focus on one of the following areas: archival collections processing, Archives of American Art Journal, audiovisual archives, digital initiatives, curatorial, development/external affairs, user experience, oral history management, or reference. Internships are offered during the springs, summer, and fall for a duration of 10 weeks in Washington, DC.
