The Hormel Human Resources Internship is available to undergraduate students majoring in human resource, organizational leadership, or a related field. To be considered for this opportunity, you should have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and possess excellent leadership, accountability, initiative, analytical, and communication skills. You should also be a U.S. citizen/permanent resident, have an entrepreneurial spirit, and be a hard-worker.
