Description

The Schneider Electric Firmware Engineer Co-Op is available to students who are pursuing a degree in computer science, electrical engineering, electronics, or a related field. Graduate students will be given priority. to be considered for this role, you should able to work for a six month duration in Andover, MA. Additionally, you should possess strong C or C++ and Python coding skills, have experience with github, have basic familiarity with Agile development concepts/scrum, and desire to learn embedded systems/firmware. As an intern, you will expand and modify existing firmware to meet design requirements, perform development (coding and/or testing) of a part of an embedded software solution whose specification and architecture are defined, and participate in firmware design reviews with peers to gain knowledge on the best practices. You will also work with the formal verification team to define, document, analyze, perform and interpret developmental tests for new and/or modified products.
