Description

The Biltmore Estate Food and Beverage Management Fall Internship is available to students currently enrolled in a hospitality management program and to recent graduates. To be considered for this opportunity, you should be able to transport 25-50 pounds frequently and able to successfully communicate with staff, management, and guests. As an intern, you will gain technical expertise in the daily operations of the full-service restaurants, banquet facilities, cafes, food trucks, and retail outlets at the Biltmore Estate. You will rotate through two different estate locations, allowing you to develop your skills with two separate teams and gain a wider array of experiences. This internship is offered in Asheville, NC, during the fall. Housing may be available.
