San Diego Zoo Communications/Library Summer Internship - PAID

Description

The San Diego Zoo Communications/Library Summer Internship is open to undergraduate students. You must be pursuing g a degree in communications, library science, journalism, or a related field, demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in research and information retrieval and have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Intern duties may include Assist in crafting press releases, articles, and educational materials related to the wildlife parks and San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance conservation efforts, collaborate with the communications team to create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and newsletters, conduct research in the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance library, digital resources, and archives to support various projects and educational programs, participate in the organization and cataloging of valuable wildlife conservation resources and other dutties as necessary.
