Description

The Target Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) Internship is available to graduate students enrolled in first year of business school, with four - six years of previous work experience. To be considered for this internship program, you should possess strong analytical, decision-making, project management, leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. As an intern, you’ll act as a financial consultant and strategic business partner for internal clients such as merchandising, stores, advertising, supply chain, property development, and technology services. You will also complete a project and culminate your summer experience by presenting your results to leadership in your department. This 10-week program is offered in Minneapolis, MN, during the summer.
