Description
The Dolphin Scholarship is available to high school seniors and current college students who are the children, stepchildren, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and spouses of members and former members of the U.S. Navy Submarine Force. Children and grandchildren must be unmarried and under the age of 24 at the time of application to be eligible for this award.
