Texas AFL-CIO Scholarship

Description

The Texas AFL-CIO Scholarship is for high school seniors who are members of the AFL-CIO or for children of AFL-CIO members who are high school seniors. You must be planning to attend a university, college or technical institute in the summer or fall term. To be considered for the award, you will need to fill out an application and participate in a test and interview conducted by your local Central Labor Council district. You will be judged on financial need, academic achievement and your knowledge of the labor movement as determined by the test and interview.
