The Board of Governors Scholarship is available to freshmen students at Slippery Rock University. To be eligible for this award, you must be a Pennsylvania resident and be a minority student, be an academically - talented student, demonstrate leadership qualities, or be majoring in the performing arts, math, science, technology or another field identified by the Pennsylvania State System of Higher Education.
