Description
The PHCS Scholarship Program is open to high school seniors of Portuguese descent residing in northern California. To be eligible, you must have a minimum 3.5 GPA, and submit a 300 - word essay on your Portuguese community involvement and the impact of your Portuguese heritage and culture on your life.
