Indiana Vac-Form, Inc. Scholarship

Description

The Indiana Vac-Form, Inc. Scholarship is open to graduating seniors at Warsaw Community High School who are members of the band or color guard. You must plan to attend a vocational, two- or four- year college or university and demonstrate a positive work ethic to qualify for this award. Students who participated in a program of home study in lieu of attending Warsaw Community High School are also eligible for this award if they participated in the band or color guard during the final year of their high school home study program. Two letters of recommendation are also required.
