Description
The Pete and Fay Thorn Education Fund Scholarship is open to residents of Kosciusko County who graduated from a high school serving that county. You must be under 25 years old, demonstrate financial need, and rank in the top 25 percent of your class. Preference for this award is given to students who participated in youth activities at the Thorn Youth Center.
