The DEXSTA College Scholarship is available to college - bound high school seniors. You must be a member of DEXSTA Federal Credit Union to be considered for this award. Selection is based on an essay submission addressing the following topic: "If you had unlimited resources, what is the one thing you would do to change or improve your local community? Why?".
