The Hills Bank-AFA Community 4-H Scholarship is available to entering freshman students at Iowa State University. To be eligible, you must plan to major in agriculture and be a resident of Benton, Cedar, Iowa, Johnson, Jones, Keokuk, Linn, Louisa, Muscatine or Washington County.
