The Joseph L. and Vivian E. Steele Architecture Scholarship is available to students who are studying in the final three years of a five - year Bachelor in Architecture program or a graduate program. To be considered, you must be a current or former resident of one of the following counties: Dauphin, Cumberland, York, Perry, Franklin, Lebanon, Adams, Fulton, Juniata, Lancaster, Montour, Snyder, Bedford, Blair, Centre, Clinton, Huntingdon, Mifflin, Union, or Northumberland.
