Description
The Bill Opie and Selma Zarakov-Opie Award is available to students at Palomar College. You must be a re-entry student or single parent, be majoring in psychology (preparation for transfer program) or psychology and social services, and have completed 30 units at Palomar. You must also be have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 and be enrolled full time at Palomar or transferring to a four-year college or university in the fall to qualify for this award.
