The David and Martha Frantz Wiebe Scholarship is available to students at Tabor College. First preference is given to direct descendants of David and Martha Frantz Wiebe. Preference is also given to students who are members of the Mennonite Bretheren Church and students demonstrating potential for leadership, service and/or performance in either music, speech or drama.
