Description
The Fernando and Olga Niebla Scholarship is available to Hispanic students from Orange County. You must be high school senior or community college transfer student. You must also display a passion for writing fiction and non- fiction or poetry or plan to pursue an education profession that will encourage English or Spanish literacy to be eligible for this award.
