Description

The Russell and Vera Smith Business Scholarship is available to students at Western Technical College. You must be majoring in business, be enrolled or plan to enroll in at least nine credits and have a minimum GPA of 3.0. You must also be a resident of Wisconsin or Minnesota to qualify for this award.
