Description
The Sergeant Andrew Wallace Scholarship is available to graduating seniors from Oshkosh North and Ripon High Schools, and students who attended Emmeline Cook Elementary School. You must plan to pursue a degree in physical education at a four - year college / university and have a minimum GPA of 2.5 to be eligible for this award. Also, you must be active in community service and extracurricular activities. First priority is given to applicants pursuing an emphasis in adaptive physical education and/or applicants with a military, church or sports background.
