Description
The Ruth and Robert O'Connor Scholarship is available to full-time students at Pennsylvania Sate University, College of Agricultural Sciences. You must be a regional, multi-county or extension agent with at least six years of continuous employment with Penn State Cooperative Extension. You must be enrolled in a graduate or professional development program related to your extension expertise to qualify for this award.
