Description
The Allen L. and Richard H. Baker Memorial 4-H Scholarship is available to full-time students at Pennsylvania Sate University, College of Agricultural Sciences. You must be enrolled in the agricultural and extension education program, completed at your first semester and demonstrate academic merit. You must also be a member or former member of a 4-H club to qualify for this award. Preference is given to students planning to work with youth after graduation.
