Description
The ASCE - West Coast Branch Scholarship is available to full-time juniors, seniors or graduate students enrolled in the University of South Florida - College of Engineering. You must be majoring in civil or environmental engineering, have a minimum GPA of 3.0 and demonstrate leadership qualities in ASCE to be eligible for this award. In addition, you must be active in community service.
