Description
The New York-Penn IIE Scholarship is available to juniors enrolled in the Pennsylvania State University - Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering. First preference is given to students from Cameron, Clearfield, Elk, Forest, Jefferson, McKean, and Warren counties in Pennsylvania; or the eastern third of Erie county, Pennsylvania; or Allegany or Cattaraugus counties in New York.
