The Senator Robert J. Noell and Randolph A. Noell Scholarship is available to freshmen and returning undergraduates who are attending Virginia Tech as College of Agriculture and Life Sciences majors. You must be a resident of Virginia to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to residents of Radford, Carroll, Floyd, Franklin, Montgomery, Roanoke and Pulaski counties. Your selection is based on merit and financial need.
