Babe Caccia Scholarship

Description

The Babe Caccia Scholarship is available to students at Idaho State University. You must be an Idaho resident who is in the teacher education program to be eligible for this award. Preference is given to students: a) who demonstrate financial need; b) who demonstrate leadership abilities though employment or involvement in community service or student organizations; c) whose written statement reflects social conscience and respect for diversity; d) who are committed to working with children beyond traditional instructional settings; e) pursuing coaching in educational settings or those who have made coaching and interscholastic athletics an important part of their goals and objectives; and f) athletes who have completed their eligibility and are within 30 hours of graduation.
