Description
The SME Mining and Exploration Division Scholarship is open to students who have completed their sophomore year and are enrolled in an ABET accredited program majoring in mining, geology or another field of specialization that falls within the scope of the technical committees of the SME Mining and Exploration Division. You must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and be a member of the Society for Mining, Metallurgy and Exploration to be considered for this award. You must also be recommended by your departmental chair to be considered.
