Description

The Dr. Felisha R. Barker Memorial Scholarship is available to African - American students at Pasco-Hernando State College. You must be a graduate of Pasco, Wesley Chapel, Wiregrass Ranch, Zephyrhills or Sunlake High School, be a resident of East Pasco County and be involved in SGA or other clubs during high school to qualify for this award. Preference is given to former CROP/COE students.
