Description
The Sayde Ringer-Shaw Memorial Scholarship is available to African-American high school seniors attending high school in the City of Virginia Beach. You must have a minimum GPA of 2.5, good citizenship and attendance records and be planning to pursue a bachelor's degree starting with 12 credit hours at a four-year college or university to be eligible for this award. In addition, you must submit an essay, two letters of recommendation and an official transcript of grades.
