The Al and Lois (Waitley) Leckler Memorial Scholarship is available to entering students at Northeastern Junior College who have a minimum GPA of 2.5. Preference will be given to residents from the following Colorado or Nebraska counties: Logan, CO; Morgan, CO; Sedgwick, CO; Phillips, CO; Washington, CO; Yuma, CO; Kimball, NE; Cheyenne, NE; Deuel, NE.
