The Frank W. Milburn Memorial - Silver Sabre Scholarship is open to sophomore, junior, senior and graduate students at the University of Montana, Missoula. You must be a cadet in the ROTC Program or a member of a varsity sports team to be eligible for this award. Selection is based on leadership, scholarship, aptitude, sportsmanship, athletic ability and character.
